Returns or Exchanges

At mercogo.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide you with the following refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility
   You must submit a request for a refund for the item you are requesting a refund for [e.g. “within 30 days”] after receiving it.
   The item must be unused and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. If the item is used or damaged, you may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund

   If your request is eligible for a refund, we will provide further instructions, including the return address and refund processing process.
3. Shipping Costs for Returned Items
   If the return is caused by us (e.g. defective item, wrong shipment, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping of the item. Please keep the shipping receipt for further processing.
   If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong purchase, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing Time
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method used.
   Please note that bank processing may take additional time depending on the payment institution you use.
5. Special Circumstances
   The following situations will not be refunded:
   Gift cards and one-time items (such as personal care products).
   Promotional or clearance items.
   Items that cannot be resold due to the characteristics of individual products.
